I maintained and expanded relationships with Dealer Principles and offered continued training for every user in the account. I also managed and trained an internal sales team of 6 BDC reps that helped manage leads for our clients on an upgraded packaged. In additional to account management I upsold existing clients and brought in new business through referrals. Maintained KPI’s for all accounts to make sure they are hitting their monthly sales goals and metrics.

Provided professional sales estimates to homeowners who inquired online about home improvement projects. During the appointment I provided an inspection and presented what was currently wrong with the product the homeowner was looking to replace, then going into my own product pitch and closing process. Our goal was a same day close on customers and I consistently met and exceeded monthly sales quotas.

I Provided customers with the best dining experience while simultaneously attending to 5-6 tables, excelling in time management and multitasking while keeping a calm demeanor. I also studied wine, cocktail, and food knowledge to enhance customer experience while developing a core group of regulars who introduced new business to the restaurant. I also helped train new waitstaff on restaurant standard operating procedures and safety protocol.
