To achieve that, we market spas dynamically and with integrity, showing the wide variety of spa experiences available for every body and every occasion. We know there isn’t just one kind of spa experience; there are hundreds, and we aim to showcase the variety of spa experiences available to every individual, occasion, location and preference. So we work closely with spas to create the packages that showcase the best they have to offer, constantly evaluating bookings and customer feedback to make sure we are offering the best service and experiences possible.As a company, we also work hard to make spas more accessible. That means everything from a range of price points, package options, booking options and geographical spread, to addressing issues within the industry, such as the relationship with cancer and disability.Our purpose is to support all individuals in finding the right spa experience for them, and to market them successfully to help individual spa destinations and the spa industry as a whole to continue to flourish by respecting brand identity and believing that a commercial approach, and one with integrity do not need to be mutually exclusive.
