Has recruited, hired, trained, certified, and supervised polygraph examiners, quality control personnel, instructors, research scientists, and support staff. Coordinated counterintelligence Credibility Assessment (CA) efforts in support of military operations in hostile environments. As the former Chief Instructor at the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), has taught and supervised the conduct of every federally authorized polygraph testing methodology. Developed and implemented PDD and Continuing Education (CA) course curriculum for federal criminal investigation, intelligence and security agencies. Developed and delivered numerous courses of instruction; created lesson plans, and measured outcomes. Obtained and retained academic accreditation and led a large diverse cadre of instructors from across the federal law enforcement and intelligence communities. As the Chief of Research at NCCA, designed and engineered new Physiological sensors and led Ph.D. level scientists in the conduct of significant empirical research into novel CA procedures, processes, and technologies.
