I am a wine educator, winemaking consultant, author and writer (specialising in wine technology). Winner of numerous awards. I provide tutored tastings, seminars and masterclasses for wine societies and corporate and trade clients, who are often amazed at the amount of information presented so passionately in an engaging manner.
