OncoNano Medicine is developing a new class of pH-activated compounds that digitalize and exploit the variability of pH in disease. pH variability is a proven, simple and effective identifier of diseased tissue and provides a foundation for the development of a broad range of highly targeted therapeutics and imaging agents. OncoNano is the first company to advance product candidates using pH as a biomarker for cancer immunotherapy, therapeutic use and intra-operative imaging based on its pH-sensitive micelle technology.

Engaged in collaborations and/or contract research with companies interested in addressing industrial needs for discovering and optimizing novel, high-performance materials and formulations of interest to the home and personal care, pharmaceutical, flavor and fragrance, chemical and petrochemical industries. Expertise included the use of high-throughput screening as well as proprietary methods to identify and optimize new leads and establish structure-function relationships to meet the specific needs our clients.Our resources included a diverse team of experts and a well-equipped lab that combines state-of-the-art and proprietary material preparation, characterization and analytical methodologies.

Developed novel sensor technology for use in verifying the composition of intravenous fluid preparations and ensuring safe administration to hospital patients as well as other medical applications.

Post-doctoral work focused on developing new concepts in the design of improved 99/99m-Tc and 186/188-Re radiopharmaceuticals. Results were highlighted in C&E News in 1996.
