Convenor of the Careers Sector Stakeholders Alliance. Launched a #futuretalent campaign to highlight the importance of careers education and IAG in schools and colleges. Supported by more than 50 multinationals, employer organisations, professional bodies, Sector Skills Councils and Careers Alliance members, including Atkins, Capgemini, Deloitte, National Grid, Siemens, Wates, the ACCA, the Bar Council, the Chartered Management Institute, the ICAEW, the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Federation for Industry Sector Skills & Standards, Creative & Cultural Skills, ManPowerGroup and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation amongst many others.5. Reviewed employability strategy, student placements and work readiness programmes at leading universities to enhance the student experience and improve engagement with industry.6. As Lead consultant for the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Government of Uganda, undertook a project to assist universities in Uganda to develop a strategic marketing framework for internationalising higher education and recruiting more international students to study in Uganda. As Enterprise Associate with WEI, my focus is on working in the Enterprise Development team on projects spanning economic policy development to support women's economic empowerment, e.g. writing Policy Briefs for the T20 Summit, designing Business Growth programmes to support women entrepreneurs and developing banking programmes to address issues of access to finance for women-led businesses.
