From April to October 2011, I worked with the Henderson Group assisting the COO with the integration of the Gartmore business following its acquisition by Henderson in April 2011.Prior to that I held the position of Head of Fund Operations with responsibility for the oversight of the outsourced administration of Gartmore’s OEIC, SICAV and Hedge Funds. Gartmore had c60 funds in four jurisdictions with total AUM of c£11 bn. I also acted as Dirigeant for the Gartmore Luxembourg SICAV with direct responsibility to the CSSF in Luxembourg.I have been members of various Committees, Steering Groups and User Groups including the Gartmore Pricing Committee, where I had particular responsibility for establishing Fair Value, Stale Price and Dilution policies.
