Working in an IT environment for a number of years has allowed me to gain a vast amount of knowledge and experience. I come from a financial and Customer service background, which has helped me develop excellent customer service skills. This allows me to communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company on customer related issues as well as business policies and procedures. I get job satisfaction from helping and training others either directly or by implementing new functionality to allow people to work more efficiently.I have been part of O365 migrations at Vanquis and New Day, in addition to managing my own personal O365 tenant. With the experience I have gained I can provide valuable input and real-world examples regarding best practices. My experience with Azure / Intune has helped deliver MDM and Mobile Email from pilot to production. I was also the SharePoint SME and enjoy troubleshooting issues, creating new sites, DMC’s and lists for users.With Office 365 being a cloud-based service, its constantly evolving with new features and functionality. I subscribe to several Microsoft RSS feeds, attend Microsoft Webinars and keep a close eye on UserVoice to ensure I am kept informed of upcoming changes. I’m currently developing my Flow skills to automate tasks and creating PowerBi dashboards in my free time in order to keep my knowledge current.Being passionate about Office 365 and SharePoint is feedback I commonly receive. Colleagues joke I must be getting paid by Microsoft as I’m always educating and promoting the benefits and features!
