The success of this project reduced customer dissatisfaction with products purchased from TUI, reduced the volume of internal reworking within the product build and pricing cycle and improve the Net Promoter Scores for products. It was estimated that over the course of 12 months a net benefit of £3m would be achieved through compensation reduction.
