I decided to make a career change into the IT field, this change will let me combine my two greatest skills. Problem-solving and customer service. I am currently pursuing my Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, and as a part of the program, I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems administration. It has already been an exciting journey, and I’m excited to see where my learning takes me! I have 10+ years of customer service experience, which strengthened my skills in communication, customer service, and client relations. My experience in customer service at the Department of social services has allowed me to develop exceptional communication skills: I am amicable, understanding most importantly accommodating. I am excited to explore the world of tech. I would love to connect with other individuals in the IT sphere and learn from their experiences.
