I was the Project Manger for “Evy of California Inc’s” LEED Gold Office Build in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. I lead a 25 person team on a 17,500 sq ft build in the basement floor of the original “Gas Company Lofts” Building. We worked with “NBBJ”(built Disney Hall) and with “CIM Group” (Owns 50% of downtown Los ANgeles Commercial Real Estate). With a $15 Million Dollar budget, during the resection, we finished on time and under budget. I helped with onsite execution, we held daily, weekly and monthly meetings, I keep t meeting minutes, and we hit our milestone goals and achieved a LEED Gold Certification on our state of the art office space for our family owned fortune 300 company in mass market apparel. I then helped developed another 20,000sq ft auxiliary overflow office space across the street. I then helped develop our 200,000 sq ft logistics decision in the city of commerce and I also developed our 3 corporate apartments for Evy’s out of state business guests.
