As an Asst Ops Managers, I am in-charge of maintenance of thevarious Radar Systems in Navy. I will plan the maintenance scheduleand deployment of engineers to site for maintenance works. Meetingall SLA as stipulated in the contract. I will meet customers on aregularly basis in project discussion and presenting monthly reportstatus and KPIs. I am managing other projects and administrativeduties amidst tight schedules.

As a Senior Engineer, I lead a team to perform maintenance ofcombat system for 10 vessels, ensuring all maintenance works arecompleted within the stipulated time.

Joined ST Electronics Ltd as an Engineer in 2009.Similar to what I did in the Navy, my primary task was to performregular maintenance, known as Preventive Measurements, for thecombat system onboard Singapore Navy Patrol Vessel as to maintainits system health. Additionally, I also performed CorrectiveMaintenance. I will solve and rectify combat system defects onboardship, ‘I’ - level Maintenance.

As a Naval System Specialists with the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) for 13 years. Had many hands-on experience of technical and managerial tasking both onboard ship and in workshop environment. As a Technician at Tuas Maintenance Base (TMB), I was trained with technical skills for maintaining the system readiness of the combat system onboard Patrol Vessel. As a senior technician, I lead the team to handle the defects for 2 Squadron – 11 ships and 3 Shore systems. Maintaining the Ship Combat System Readiness, I performed regular maintenance, known as Preventive Measurements, on the combat system as to maintain its system health. Lead the team to solve and rectify combat system defects onboard ship, ‘I’ - level Maintenance.Utilizing an Automatic Testing Station (ATS), did ‘D’ level repair on defective electronic circuit cards and thus help Unit to reduce repair cost and turn-around-time from sending it to OEM for repair. As SAF is using SAP business suites, my Unit is actively using the SAP supply chain module. Therefore, I am familiar in the SAP supply management transactions.
