Setup a plan with my installers to visit the site and check the work of the general contractor to ensure things were built according to plan. Completed detailed measurements or provided contractor hold to dimensions. This helped to ensure there were no issues when we arrived onsite to begin the installation. Assisted with flooring breaks by providing centerline layouts. Developed good relationships with all customer reps, trades and general contractors to help become a good resource for problem resolution in a timely fashion. Have worked on multiple 5-10 million plus jobs including the new RAB building for Rush and the Masonic Hospital Bedtower Projects. Have also completed 50 plus new advocate clinics on time with great results and great relationships.
