About Keith Macpherson

Audit Partner with a strong belief in the importance of the not-for-profit sector in delivering vital services and support for those most in need and for causes that are important to our environment and our communities. As an external auditor, my role is not only to report on the financial statements but to bring the combined skills and experience of my firm to support organisations across Scotland in demonstrating good governance and stewardship of resources through their financial reporting.I have over 20 years' experience in audit, gained initially with two of the Big 4, working with a large variety of not-for-profit and public sector organisations, covering charities, higher and further education and local government clients in Scotland and across the UK. My accounting experience includes IFRS and UK GAAP reporting, including the SORPs for charities and education. My primary focus is now in Scotland's charity and not-for-profit sector.
