Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is responsible for funding and operating three air ambulance helicopters and a number of critical care cars, serving the communities of six Midlands counties; Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire.Since 1991, the charity has responded to more than 67,000 missions, averaging over 2,000 per year, making it one of the busiest air ambulance operators in the UK.
