Responsible for all staff and operations of the accounting department including, accounts payable/receivable, month and year-end process, budgeting, and financial reporting. Coordinate and complete the annual audit for both the US and UK entity. Manage the preparation and review of US sales and use tax, international payroll, and VAT/GST submissions. Manage sales reporting and analysis for commissions and CRM activity.

Responsible for the Profit and Loss statement providing high level financial planning, analysis, and management including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, pricing recommendations, royalty analysis, and sales to investment relationships. Ensure that product line gross margins are thoroughly planned, appropriately benchmarked, and target goals are attained. Analyze growth trends in Higher Education markets to determine which markets will yield the highest revenue growth. Identify markets that are experiencing softness and reduce investment in those areas. Review product pipeline well in advance to ensure sufficient product is brought to market to attain steady revenue growth.
