-Oversee processing of new business agreements for conferences and trade shows which accounts for 70% of company revenue. -Facilitate new business contracts from clients between Sales teams and Billing Department. -Create reporting systems in Salesforce to track contract to invoicing breakdowns and follow up to remedy any issues. -Implement auditing measures to run checks between Salesforce, Intacct, and event team master files. -Assist in sales contracting process on site at larger annual trade show events.

-Manage team and oversee operations for Questex Pharma and Tech events including Fierce and ExL properties.-Lead operations role for Sensors Expo & Conference, and all associated conferences comprising Sensors Week in San Jose, CA.

-Operations Director for group events in North America-Create and maintain dynamic budgets set for each show-Work with facility management and third party contractors on production of hosted buyer events-Order and manage services for on-site, including catering, audio-visual, internet, electrical, freight carrier, etc-Build and continuously monitor hotel pick up reports to stay within contracted hotel room block -Oversee complex ground transportation details for all attendees-Assist in sourcing and researching properties for future events-Supervise operations teams and customer service teams to ensure successful events

-Operations Lead for Tech Group events-Support Operations Director on additional trade shows and conferences annually-Work with facility management and official service contractors on production of trade shows-Write and update instructional documents, outlining setup timelines and details to distribute both internally and to third party contractors-Manage budget given for each event-Fulfill sponsor and exhibitor requests with exceptional customer service

-Create and maintain exhibitor listings and floor plans for Technology Group and Nightclub & Bar Group trade shows.-Collaborate with Operations Manager to produce all sponsored materials.-Work with internal departments as well as third party contractors to produce sponsored materials.-Maintain contact with sponsors of all levels to obtain materials in order to fulfill on contracted obligations.-Utilize customer service skills to build healthy relationships with sponsors and clients to cultivate repeat business.

Work with major sponsors as well as all exhibitors on all marketing and visibility aspects as a part of the operations team for major industry trade shows in the technology sector.

-Prepare all Trade Show Operations for up to three shows per month-Research potential new conferences and trade shows to participate in to build brand and generate contacts-Order all furnishings, electrical, cleaning services needed for the duration of the trade show-Contribute copy for marketing materials sent out to prospective customers-Create and maintain marketing calendar to schedule company press releases and newsletters-Utilize Salesforce.com CRM database application to maintain order of clients, sales opportunities, possible leads, and customer projects-Coordinate all product sample shipments leaving the home office

-Lead Operations contact for shows in New York and Washington DC-Coordinate floor plan logistics for expositions in major markets, such as New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington DC-Travel to show site for each market and oversee on-site activities such as performance stages, speaking session rooms, physical endurance courses -Order all services and materials needed for production of exposition such as electricity, catering, and furnishings while working within a budget-Work with major sponsors, such as National Geographic and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, to ensure maximum exposure-Head of customer service, operations department-Manage team of customer service representatives responsible for continuous communication with exhibitor clients-Provide support to exhibitors to ensure satisfaction crucial to a successful show-Responsible for creating and managing floor plans using Expocad software-Assist in maintaining and building prospective sales database on Salesforce.com
