- Established and led a successful consulting business that performed contract petrophysical and geomechanical evaluations when Halcon Resources left Denver; reputable prior contributions supported the securement of multi-well projects for mid- to large- clients in the Delaware Basin, Williston Basin, Powder River Basin, DJ Basin, and San Juan Basin Highlighted Projects: o Evaluated Rosehill’s acreage in the Delaware Basin to quantity resource-in-place; partnered with geophysicists, geologists, and engineers to build 3D model (FracGeo) of the position to optimize drilling and completions to increase productiono Performed a ~600 well Powder River Basin study for Enerplus, evaluating the Niobrara and Frontier intervals in support of possible basin entry via A&D; evaluation was so well received that a full-time employment offer was tendered and accepted

- As sole Petrophysicist, maintained responsibility for all petrophysical evaluations within 6 basins (reflecting ~10,000 wells within tenure), providing technical input to corporate reserves, financing, A&D, and investor relations- Interpreted upwards of 1000 logs in the Delaware basin to support 2017 A&D efforts, which resulted in over 60,000 acres acquired in three separate transactions- Provided petrophysical input and recommendations to establish Halcon’s Eagle Ford position, and evaluated many other acreage offerings in all areas of the Eagle Ford- Provided petrophysical input and recommendations to establish Halcon’s position in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale; led Halcon’s entry into a multi-operator TMS Consortium with Schlumberger - Performed petrophysical analysis and coordinated 2 integrated basin model projects for Halcon’s assets in the Bakken play; contributions supported operations and the divestiture process- Specified and executed pilot logging and coring programs; acquired whole core, sidewall samples, and high tier log data to identify and prioritize intervals for well targeting, tie to seismic data, and populate 3D static models in the Williston, Eagle Ford, Delaware, and Tuscaloosa Marine Shale
