Build systems architecture views based on DoDAF 2.0 standards for the IKD community. Identify architecture gaps and recommend solutions. Help customers define requirements, build supporting documentation, define “as-is” and “to-be” views. Prototype applications and database structures to demonstrate proof-of-concept. Work with other architects to lay out the service and systems views of their projects.

HQEUCOM J2X Operations Support (Direct support of CI and HUMINT analyst teams)Provide Information Management, Engineering, Integration, and Implementation Support. Assist with the management and coordination of ECJ2X information flow to and from theater, inter-theater, component command, and national sources and agencies.Provides support for locally developed applications as well as COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) and GOTS (Government Off The Shelf) products using C#, ASPX, SQL, Perl, HTML, JavaScript, XML and other languages as needed. COTS/GOTS products include: GlobalView (DOMEX), RetrievalWare (Search Engine), VIKAD (Data ingest and search tool), CT-AVRS (Database and data visualization), Starlight (Data Visualization). Maintenance includes installation, configuration, updates, developing/maintaining scripts for data processing/preparation, and solution support for customers.Maintain approximately 13 servers through installation, configuration, software updates, periodic backups, troubleshooting and hardware implementation and maintenance. Servers are Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms. Oracle and MS SQL Server databases are supported. Responsible for developing software applications in support of Department of Defense, National Security Agency (NSA), and multinational operations. Designed, prototyped, tested, and deployed consolidated computer programs, database systems, and graphical user interfaces using standardized software development tools and methods. Specialized in Perl, SQL, PHP, HTML, C# and ASPX .NET languages for use on Sybase, and Microsoft Access database systems operating on Windows PC and Unix platforms. Performed life-cycle support, maintenance, and database administration for site’s critical infrastructure and mission related database systems. Responsible for overall system development and analysis, including requirements definition and product testing and evaluation.Tasks included Perl scripts to automate daily reports, shell scripts on the Unix platform to build and populate databases in Sybase 12.5, C# for desktop applications, ASPX, PHP and HTML for web front-ends to database back-ends.Developed and maintain "Automated Filter Change Request" web application written in PHP, SQL and Perl using a Sybase 12.5 database. Used to track open and closed port schedules on an internal network and send out automated emails notifying customers of changes.
