Practiced as a Risk Management Professional since 2001 and held the position of Head of ERM and BCM within BAE Systems for over 7 years.During this period I have held the position as a Cohort Lead within the BAE Systems Corporate Risk Management Steering Group (RMSG) and as Chair of the Corporate Predict User Group (PUG).My strength is in developing and implementing Risk Frameworks and the supporting processes that underpin these frameworks. Also have extensive experience in conducting RM Audits across the globe and developing improvement plans in support of these audits.Included in this supporting role I have developed and delivered specialist bespoke training to address specific requirements or areas of weakness.Have experience in developing and delivering Business Continuity Management plans across a business including planning, delivery and testing.I have extensive experience through many years of working at all levels of a business from training graduates to supporting Board Members and MD's.Prior to this period I worked for 15 years within Manufacturing Engineering, designing, installing, commissioning and supporting explosive filling, assembly and packing facilities.
