As Barksdale AFB's (the 2nd Bomb Wing) Support Agreement Manager, I develop, update and coordinate 41 support agreements valued at over $750,000. I am the primary negotiator representing the 2nd Bomb Wing during negotiations to provide logistical support (manpower, equipment, and facilities) to other units or agencies. I have developed agreements between the 2nd Bomb Wing and the US Navy, FAA, DLA, US Marines, US Army Corp of Engineers, Air Force Reserve, Headquarters USAF, Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES), Defense Commissary Administration and other Air Force installations and Major Commands.As the 2nd Bomb Wing War Reserve Material Officer, I am the program manager responsible for ensuring the equipment and supplies identified for use during contingencies or exercises by the 2nd Bomb Wing are ready at a moments notice. I provide guidance, training and expertise to five squadrons to ensure the program, valued at over $165 million dollars is wartime ready.As the 2nd Bomb Wing Base Support Plan Program Manager, I maintain and update a plan which outlines the operational and logistical capabilities available at Barksdale AFB. This is accomplished by conducting annual training and coordination with representatives from every 2nd Bomb Wing squadron. The plan enables the 2nd Bomb Wing and the Headquarters US Air Force to successfully meet all short and long term contingency, exercise and humanitarian mission requirements conducted at Barksdale AFB.As the 2nd Bomb Wing Air and Space Expeditionary Reporting Tool (ART) Manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of a classified database that represents the 2nd Bomb Wing's ability to meet any AEF or contingency requirements. I provide decision quality guidance and training to squadron and wing leadership.

Provide expert, command decision level logistics and planning advice, Constant Process Improvement recommendations and processes to 2nd Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) and 2nd Bomb Wing (BW) senior leadership during day-to-day actions as well as Squadron, Wing, Command head quarters and Air Force exercises and contingency operations.As a Quality Assurance inspector for 2 LRS, I review, evaluate and inspect logistics processes and actions in the 2 LRS by performing monthly Quality Assurance inspections and evaluations on the following logistics processes and programs: Deployments and Redeployments, Logistics Module (LOGMOD), AEF Reporting, Base Support Planning, War Reserve Material, Support Agreements Program, Safety and Security programs and logistics training programs.Serve as a 2 BW Inspector General Exercise Evaluation Team member for logistics during local and command directed exercises. I evaluate all 2 BW processes involved with the deployment, redeployment or reception of personnel and equipment at Barksdale AFB.I am the Program Manager for the 2 LRS supplement and operational instruction program. I assist and instruct the five flights in 2 LRS in the development, maintenance and review of over 100 supplements to Air Force Instructions and Manuals and 2 LRS specific Operating Instructions (OIs). I manage and update the 2 LRS Quality Assurance Community of Practice site which maintains all 2 LRS supplements and OIs. Provide the bi-monthly Air Expeditionary Force (AEF 101) briefings to all First Term Airmen Course attendees, NCO prep attendees and SNCO prep attendees. To date, I have briefed over 900 personnel, including all new Airmen to arrive at Barksdale AFB since January 2009.

Served as the primary logistician for personnel movement, computer support, and vehicle transportation (GOV, GSA and commercially leased vehicles) in support of 100 personnel conducting 350 weapons tests located on seven geographically separated test sites in New Mexico, Nevada and Utah. As the Vehicle Control Officer for a fleet of over 100 DoD owned and GSA leased vehicles valued at over $300,000, I provided senior level (GS-15 and above) DTRA leadership with Constant Process Improvement recommendations and actions to maintain a ready fleet of vehicles and equipment able to meet the constantly changing requirements inherent to supporting the Research, Testing, Development and Evaluation Enterprise's weapons testing programs. I evaluated the effectiveness and efficiency of fleet management operations throughout the Enterprise with a focus on cost-effectiveness, attainment of Enterprise requirements, objectives and compliance with US Government, DTRA and New Mexico legal and regulatory guidelines. I developed and implemented fleet management policies and procedures that were nonexistent prior to my arrival. I developed and updated fleet and vehicle life cycle cost analyses and performed cost benefit and economic evaluations. I created, managed, and updated an annual budget of approximately $75,000 which included acquiring, modification, maintaining, repairing, disposal and replacement of vehicles and equipment.Created, reviewed, and updated four financial documents to provide operating and mission support between DTRA Albuquerque and Kirtland AFB. Two Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests and two Interagency Cost Reimbursement Orders which covered DTRA vehicle maintenance support and operating costs as well as utilities support for the DTRA compound located on Kirtland AFB, NM. These products were valued at over $150,000 annually.
