I received my Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston Massachusetts in 2001. In the decades that followed, I have accumulated vast trial experience. I concentrate my practice in civil litigation. I have completed dozens of jury and bench trials. I have appeared in front of District Court, Superior Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court, the Board of Bar Overseers in the defense of others, as well as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Probate Court. I have successfully negotiated, mediated, and arbitrated many claims for clients. I have prepared and presented many expert witnesses utilizing the Massachusetts code and statute. I have been certified as an expert witness in Superior Court in the fields of litigation management and practice. As such, I have vast experience with discovery in all its forms.As an Assistant Solicitor, I transferred my relevant skill set to advise all departments in the municipality in risk, policy, and personnel management.
