Keith C. Smith, Jr., has over 20 years’ experience in the communications, Internet and A/V production technology. Starting with Motorola in the mid 80’s Mr. Smith was a Digital Topographical Cartographer for the Motorola AVL (Auto Vehicle Locator) System, the precursor to today’s GPS systems deployed throughout the world. Subsequently, Mr. Smith moved to the Mid Atlantic region and while working for Motorola, received several awards for his deployment, administration and maintenance of Motorola’s Tandem Computer systems, Keith Smith’s extensive background also includes 3 years as a Network & AV Administrator at the world-renowned International Spy Museum in DC. Most notable in Mr. Smith’s background is the founding and opening of Xtreme Access Computer Services that provided a panoply of information technology services to the underserved, minority populations in the mid-Atlantic region, and the operation of his own technology center in Chicago, Illinois and his continued leadership at WorldRoad Web Services that currently develops and maintains web sites and IT services for organizations across the U.S. Mr. Smith’s leadership style is both didactic and consultative in that he challenges the individual to think outside the box through provocative yet encouraging strategies that gets the individual to move from their comfort zone into the homestretch and arrive at resolutions that are rewarding for the individual and the organization; as such Keith Smith is a pioneer in his approach to working within the solution to realize the best possible outcome. Mr. Keith C. Smith Jr., is a native of Chicago, Illinois has lived in various cities across the U.S., is auto didactic in his studies and continues to impress business leaders with his determination and intensity of forward thinking and creative and innovative ideas. Mr. Smith currently resides in Silver Spring, Maryland.
