My passion is health and wellbeing after serving for a number of years in the Military I recognised the need for personal and professional support for soldiers and families alike. I was able to participate in Welfare needs and roles within the military ensuring we have the right time, right place for the right people approach. once leaving the military I joined the Police service with over 26 years of front line policing, including tactical firearms, Roads Policing and Local Policing. I was able to use my Welfare skills to support and protect those most vulnerable. I am a qualified level 2 counsellor, MH first aider and a practitioner in Trauma applications.Also suicide prevention practitioner. My role is built on experience and a passion for the Health and Well-being of everyone. I am employed as a Welfare Officer providing compassion and support for police and police support staff within our protectrant. I feel a happy work environment supports Happy Staff.
