Supervise prototype and first-run production to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.

Processed all new jobs for Engineering Department and programmed all machines in EIA/ISO.

Responsibilities: Quality and work efficiency of cell. Satisfy production schedules and deadlines. Create and maintain set-up, preventative maintenance, and inspection sheets electronically. Update job folders in Cimnet Software System containing: part drawings, programs, routers, set-up sheets, and inspection sheets. Manage material review for cells and create monthly reports. Train members of work cell groups. Initiate corrective action and tool requests for cell.

Responsibilities: Quality control and work efficiency. Set-up and program all C.N.C. machine centers, mills, and lathes. Machine Types: Mazak, Okuma Howa, Burgmaster, and Cincinnati. Controller Types: Mazak, Fanuc, and Fagor.

Responsibilities: Managed multiple projects while maintaining a focus on top priorities: Safety, quality, production, purchasing, inventory control, sale schedule, and disciplinary action. Experience in boiler feed sets, condensate return systems, and custom cooling systems for specialty applications. Responsible for sales and quotes. Emphasis on the bill of materials for inventory accuracy and router efficiency. Accomplishments include creating the Bill of Materials for all systems and setting Safety Stock in MRP to have proper control of 3600 inventoried items.
