I have knowledge and experience working within the Department of Defense.Mainly as a Information Technology Specialist. I have experience in troubleshooting, coordinating, and advising many of the agencies that support the Department of Defense in I.T. Computers and Systems Security. I am committed to troubleshooting and delivering the most effective and efficient corrective action in the least amount of time. I am an expert in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a large range of automation equipment. My strengths are dedication to the organization’s mission, determination to complete that mission thoroughly and accurately, and if needed, to adapt and overcome any issue to meet the requirements of the situation. I am dependable in delivering that commitment to the end with a “no fail mentality”. I have enough humility that I can and will seek guidance to assist in completing the mission with guidance and counsel from my supervisor or a senior technical entity. I enjoy the challenge in troubleshooting complex and sophisticate issues (even outside my career field) and figuring out best solutions to ensure it does not replicate or resurface in the future. I pride myself in creative and technical driven problem-solving techniques to support and assist all users by passing on information. My most recent experience has been in the enterprise and theater level network and system administration environment by being the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for a headquarters/command level organization. I have been able to focus on being part of a team of security subject matter experts supporting, advising, and assisting organizations at the command level and its customers primarily with a focus on their certification and accreditation of whole systems and their mission requirements. I have been given the opportunity to work more on information security and assurance to ensure information security policy, assurance, and NetOps is adhered to and being met across my area of responsibility.
