Sales, operations and cultural leader for start-up TPO channel. Initiated (started from ground zero) wholesale & non-delegated production January 2016 for PHL. Involved in all decisions including pricing direction, product decisions and operational direction and flow. Achieved volume totals touching $100mm monthly within 8 months of start-up. Responsible for sales production and operations initiatives and integration with sales. Led the way forward in all facets of fulfillment and sales. Toughest thing I ever loved doing!

Produced, recruited and expanded South California territory. Increased production 240% during my tenure. TPO channel offered brokers direct agency and government loans as well as a balance sheet Jumbo product up to $2,500,000. Additional responsibilities included Jumbo ATR loan analysis, risk assessment and loan committee presentation of retained bank portfolio loans .

Began in Retail at the original Ahmanson owned portfolio lender, Home Savings. Spent 4 years in retail at Metrocities/Prospect mortgage. Transitioned into Correspondent lending for WAMU in the late 90's, then moved into Wholesale at Chevy Chase Bank. Over the years I have also been personally involved in provided funds for a multitude of private real estate loans and have participated extensively in ATR portfolio loan assessment and approval for banking institutions and the private money lending sector.
