Provides technical support for enterprise-wide production data integration platforms including reporting, Extract-Load-Transform (ETL) utilities and scheduling tools (e.g., Business Objects, Informatica, Autosys) to maintain security, stability, and availability of production systems. Provides solutions to problems regarding Autosys and Informatica during project planning, implementation, and post-live. Provides off-hours support during on-call rotation, resolving issues, and escalating issues to the on-call managers.

Assists project teams during project planning and implementation phases on best supportability practices. Participates in the definition of the support models for new systems that will be supported by the group. Applied monitoring to the various systems to verify business processing completion and validation using monitoring tools such as Sitescope, custom scripts, and Autosys pages.Manages all the Informatica and Autosys environments for Janus. Assisted in the upgrade and testing of the Autosys environment to v3.5.1. Assisted in the upgrade and testing of the Informatica environment to PowerCenter v5.1. Oversees the releases of Informatica and Autosys code to the staging environments and verified coding standards before release to the production environment. Assists developers in understanding the Janus coding standards for Informatica and Autosys.

Led team that designed and developed a new process to provide mutual fund data to a newly developed Janus website for institutional investors. Guided clients in mining the database for data that needed to be provided on the website. Designed and developed AutoSys jobs to control the flow of the process. Designed and developed Informatica mappings to verify data integrity and transform data to the appropriate format for loading into the database. Tested the process via unit and integration testing methods to verify business and technical design requirements.Assisted in the design and development of a new process to purge obsolete data from an Oracle database. Wrote technical design documents based on Janus’ business requirements. Developed PL/SQL code and Informatica mappings based on the technical design documents.
