Manage and control the operational functions of 50 facilities across Australia through six direct reports and 1500 indirect reports . Planned , developed and lead the implementation of operational strategies and plans aligned to Iron Mountain’s business objectives.

Recall was a global company that specialised in information management solutions, offering customers complete management of their physical and digital information; outsourced relocation, archive, destruction, scanning, workflow document and media tape management services. Locally, Recall Holdings listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and was an ASX100 company. 15,000 Australian clients include major corporations and a large number of local, State and Commonwealth departments and agencies.Manage and control the operations of all four business lines across Victoria and Tasmania. Lead a team of six direct reports and 500 indirect reports . Plan, develop and lead the implementation of operational strategies and plans aligned to Recall's business objectives.

Decipha, a business of Australia Post, was established in 1996 to deliver outsourced mailroom services. Since 2002, they have pioneered the development of electronic information processing technologies and services in Australia, building a base of long term, satisfied clients. Today, they employ more than 650 staff and offer national service capability to more than 100 customers.Managed all aspects of the Victorian operation, including the primary processing plant along with a number of satellite sites across Victoria . Responsible for four direct reports and up to 200 staff in ensuring the operation met all business goals and KPI’s as well building an infrastructure to manage rapid growth with diverse service offerings. The operation tripled in size during my tenure.
