As a Private Manager Keith was responsible for provision of regulated investment advice across the banks discretionary managed portfolios and structured deposits and investments. He also ensured that any further client regulatory advisory requirements were met by the banks independent division by close liaison with colleagues. A large part of the role involved development of introducer relationships, across the bank’s various divisions, from the branch based Customer Advisers to the business and Commercial Managers. Targeted for both new business and retention the role required the provision of both banking and advisory services, across a portfolio of the bank’s high net worth customers.Keith achieved a great deal of success and recognition in the role finishing top of the region for 2011 and in the top five nationwide for 2012. He vastly exceeded expected business levels whilst adhering to the bank’s high compliance standards and internal procedures and provided a truly excellent service to his clients.The role was extremely demanding and pressurised and Keith thrived on the challenges presented and the success achieved.
