Former consultant for the Lancaster County Economic Development Corporation after having served the past 13 years as President of that organization. Over the past 13 years, the LCEDC has generated more than $1.5 billion in new investment and created more than 15,000 new jobs. LCEDC projects have generated employment in all areas of Lancaster County and unemployment is down from a high of 18.6% in June of 2009 to 6.3% as of April, 2015. Per capita income is up more than 40% since 2008 and the corporation has recruited dozens of new companies to the County and assisted with dozens of expansion projects in industrial and corporate office. I am now consulting for new and existing business and industry looking to expand or locate in the NC-SC area and I also have owned MyWebSiteGuys.com the past 16 years - one of the top economic development and small business website design and marketing companies in the Southeast.
