Managed the day-to-day operations of Logistics, Warehousing, Sub-assembly and Finished Engine Shipping with a workforce of 300 + employees including 10 management and 4 salaried personnel. •Engineering, Quality and Torque departments to ensure that production operated without interruptions.•Ensured priority shipping status of emergency customer orders based on parts and sequence.•Handled receipt and delivery to the point-of-use of all materials at the FILSC and Greenville Engine Center.•Managed line checkers for all ILC materials at the FILSC and Greenville Engine Center facilities along with all MRP and RAP materials.•Prepared master production schedules and coordinated the building of the engine kits.•Conducted 6 Sigma Yellow Belt Training and 5S Lean Manufacturing Workshops for employees.Key Achievements•Managed the project to bring the Finished Engine Shipping operation back in house ILS (Integrated Logistics Services) from a third- party vendor.
