Having driven forward various initiatives my focus has changed over time from environmental to community capacity, skills and change. Most recently I helped establish Social Enterprise as a viable deliverer of service in an area facing multiple indicators of deprivation. I really thrive on the challenge of drawing people together to design and effect positive change, even if on the surface they may appear to be in conflict. Having worked for some years in Local Government I am looking for new ways to use that and previous experience in the voluntary sector, very open to all possibilities. I am an effective and innovative project and programme manager, covering all aspects of scoping, measurement and delivery.
