 Responsible for maintenance of house, shop and outbuildings. Responsible for all care and processing of food producing animals, including egg poultry, meat poultry and rabbits. Held primary project management role in reconstruction of 18' x 30' shop building.

 Supervise up to 12 employees coordinating counter, kitchen, bus service, and delivery drivers in a fast paced environment. Monitor compliance with health regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in dining facilities. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Maintain food inventories, and keep inventory records. Receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Coordinate assignments of personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Count money and make bank deposits. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
