Supervises all production hourly employees and complies with all safety, quality and housekeeping standards. This includes but is not limited to managing (1) operating machining centers (2) moving personnel between departments to optimize operations, (3) meet production goals and (4) safety areas. Works in a proactive manner to minimize and eliminate accidents and employee exposure to hazards. Manages the operation of machining, drilling and grinding systems per work instructions, quality systems, blueprint and related specifications. Ensures that all products are machined as per part specifications and tolerances.

Created Equipment Manuals by providing written Safety and Operational and Maintenance Instruction, Generated Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics, Programmed CNC equipment, Created Technical Drawings of Manufactured Equipment.

Metrology Lab Technician Programming and Operating CMM using PC-DMISS software, Maintained and conducted all Measuring Tool Calibrations, Maintained and Repaired Quality Assurance Fixturing
