Oversee operations, customer service, production, business/systems and administration of facility. Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal EHS regulations. Partner with network executives to establish strategic direction. Ensure all activities align with budget commitments while supporting growth and operational excellence. Established and monitor production goals, policies and procedures. Prepare and review financial performance with network executives. Assure effective communications of the facility are maintained internally and externally. Recorded performance metrics and analyze data for predictions, trends and opportunities of improvement.
