- Assist the Paddock Manager with all accounting, billing and administrative matters for the Formula One Race teams, Support Race teams and related operations.- Ensure all invoicing, purchase orders are managed and filed appropriately.- Assist the Paddock Manager with site setup/management of the Paddock and Pit Buildingareas.- Assist the Paddock Manager with landscaping, ground protection and ground improvementworks.- Ensure proper housekeeping, daily operations of the paddock, pit building schedules andsurrounding areas are managed with contractors.- Assist with accreditation and access for contractors and vendors to the F1 circuit and within the paddock.- Assist with all incoming deliveries and equipment to the paddock.- Assist with the built schedule and fit-out of the FF&E (Furniture, Fittings & Equipment) for andnot limited to the following; team hospitality suites, team garages, pit building offices, office containers etc. under the purview of the Paddock Manager.- Ensure proper record keeping of all communications, orders, logistics, deliveries, photographs of layouts/areas (internal & external) etc. are submitted to the paddock manager.- Assist with all incoming deliveries of logistics and food & beverage to the paddock.- Assist with daily orders and delivery of items (F&B, logistics, miscellaneous items etc.) to theF1 race teams.- Assist with daily stock and inventory count of all items under the purview of the Paddock Manager.- Assist with post-race teardown, collection of inventory and close out administrative duties of the the F1 project.
