In this position, I was the administrator for several web services used in the operations of a small nonprofit organization - in particular the CRM product Salesforce. I set up integrations between these services which improved productivity and data quality by minimizing the manual steps needed for data entry and migration.• Served as Salesforce administrator for an organization with 20-25 users.
