Software is used for both onsite and cloud environments involving complex server integration, networking and high availability. Client/server development includes combination of Java Servlets, Java Server Pages, Java, JavaScript/Dojo, C/C++ and native browser plugins/extensions. Provide worldwide customer support for client/server issues, especially for threading/synchronization, networking, firewalls, signaling and browser compatibility.

Provided expert analysis and technical solutions as Premier IBM Business Partner, specializing in IBM collaboration and telephony products. Primary member of design and development team for cross-platform technology integrating calendar meetings and teleconference services using free-form text parsing. Application development included Eclipse RCP (SWT/JFace), JavaFX, HTTP/MQ APIs, data serialization and concurrency of real-time activity from multiple services. Life cycle management using Agile/Jira, as well as Jenkins for continuous integration. Target platforms include Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS and Android, plus various other server components for synchronization and support of client applications.

The IBM Sametime product created a platform of real-time collaboration and instant messaging for enterprise environments. Responsibilities included client/server software development, onsite support of international customers, plus working at trade shows to educate people and demonstrate emerging technology.

Telephony software design and development for Dialogic hardware in telco-grade computer systems. Extensive PBX integration with telephony hardware to route large numbers of calls as quickly as possible. These telephony-based solutions were used to contact and evacuate as many people as possible in a short amount of time. Uptime and reliability was critical for these solutions. Installations included chemical, petroleum airports and skyscrapers.
