“Sales tactics” have varied greatly over the years, but for me, after 40 years in this industry, I keep coming back to the method I have used from the very beginning…………….Treat customers like family. I know it’s not creative or trendy, but whether with existing or potential customers, I believe honesty, loyalty, integrity, positive attitude, Krispy Kremes, and a dash of humor are the foundation to establish, develop, and maintain great customer relationships. I complement my old school philosophy with technical skills to use KIP/Canon/HP software programs along with most standard office software. I enjoy being challenged and creating cost- and time-saving solutions for customers using print equipment, large format signage, and digital resolutions. Personally, I am conversational in American Sign Language. So be warned: Be careful what you say with your hands. I just might understand you.
