Supporting the architectural engineering and construction industries wide format plotting needs rounds out my broad portfolio of equipment service and support experience.At a Xerox Customer Service Engineer, I possess 25+ years of experience providing onsite analysis and repair of digital – mechanical products and equipment. My technical forte is primarily in graphic printing and imaging environments. I have learned first and foremost, listening to customers is the key to providing any value added service. Training key operators on theories of operation increases customer value and minimizes downtime. My visits supporting product lines at Shutterfly and working in production environments gives me a strategic sense of a customer’s need for deadlines and how my efficiency impacts their P & L statement. Sales support and interaction keeps my line of communication optimal. I welcome the opportunity to visit a variety of open technical professional positions.Previous to being acquired, I worked for another Fortune 500 technology company. At Tektronix, I was fortunate to work with inspiring mentors and great customers from all walks of businesses and industries.
