I always considered myself OCD, going as far as to iron my allowance money as a kid to keep it flat and crisp. I find solace in my nature to quickly organize chaos into competent programs and strategies developed to maintain the necessary workflows. I am a tinkerer at heart, be it games, electronics, or DIY furniture. I can just as easily pull apart a computer as I can an Ikea cabinet, and 9/10 times put them back together again, and I take the same approach to the operational aspects of day to day business.HR Operations means a lot of things to a lot of different people. For me, it is being able to maintain a solution-oriented attitude in a room full of those who want to point out problems. My focus is not on seeing those problems, but creating processes to address and solve them. I take value in working hard and ensuring that my team and I go above and beyond to deliver the highest level of both internal and external customer service.
