Led the team to achieve the top sales volume and received the top-tier commission from the attraction..- Successfully resolved long-standing local money collection issues, paving the way for post-pandemic expansion, and simplified internal processes to reduce workload by approximately one-third.- Simplified user booking flow at the on-site promotion, reducing the number of pages from 4 to 2 and increasing conversion rates by about 15%. Such a solution is being used by all overseas on-site promotion projects of Trip.com.
