To Prepare Bills of Quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Procurement and Finance), assist in costing, pricing andanalysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.4. To visit site when required to take measurements and monitor progress.5. To finalize and prepare the contract documents.

Philippines

1. To manage the ODN design activities in ensuring that the design output is submitted and approved timely to meeting the projects schedule, quality standards and customer needs.2. To conduct Design Review Meetings and Workshops as required and to formulate and approve the ODN design guidelines and drafting standards/requirements for the turnkey project.3. To prepare, monitor and control the Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) cable network civil design activities by internal staff and/or subcontractors in ensuring that the ODN network is designed in a cost-effective manner.4. To ensure the subcontractors performance meet the required specifications/guidelines and quality standard, and take remedial actions when required.5. To carry out feasibility and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) study and formulate Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) on FTTP ODN projects, and prepare proposals or reports.
