I was a founding member of OnSite Events, Inc., a full-service meeting and event planning agency based in Chicago. Our agency provided comprehensive meeting, conference, and incentive planning services, along with effective business-to-business event marketing solutions. Over the years, I played a key role in the organization's growth, enabling us to produce successful conferences and events across four continents. Our efforts were instrumental in assisting associations and companies in strengthening business relationships, facilitating education, motivation, entertainment, and showcasing various products and services.

I was part of the leadership team at Active Communications International, Inc (ACI), a prominent company specializing in for-profit conference planning and production. ACI stands was a leader in the industry, with offices in Chicago, London, Pune, Portland, Poznań, and Milwaukee. During my tenure, I had the privilege of leading a team of skilled sales professionals, enabling ACI to successfully produce world-class events with a specific focus on healthcare and technology sectors.

During my time at the restaurant show, I had the pleasure of working with an amazing team, successfully selling exhibition space to exhibitors representing 900+ product categories for one of the largest tradeshows in the United States. At the time, the show had over 3000 exhibitors and 100,000 attendees.
