While I was only in this role for a short time due to a redundancy, I was able to learn a lot. I enhanced my customer service skills while assisting customers with getting insulation and heat pumps. This involved navigating government funding and subsidies that were available to eligible customers. I also used systems that were new to me, made bookings.
