Prepare responses to requests for quotations (RFQ’s) and work closely with production team to ensure great customer service and to develop strong creative to help increase sales and ad spend.

Sales leader for Metroland's largest community newspaper property. Led a talented group of 16 sales representatives including goal setting, providing incentives and evaluating performance. Provided a positive work environment by developing, guiding and coaching staff toward empowerment and self-management resulting in increased sales and profit. Was responsible for expanding companies offerings through development of new products such as GoodLife, Tee Time and Discover Mississauga magazines. Implemented numerous innovative and effective sales incentive programs that that helped drive sales and improve morale.
