We call our collective community impact platform LoveLifts, where I help leverage our people, programming, partnerships and philanthropy to improve access to healthcare and the wellbeing of young people. I also serve as an advisor to Fostering Success Act, Inc., an organization working to help young people successfully transition from the Georgia foster care system into the workforce.As a writer, I help professionals cultivate a deeper understanding of who they are and why they do the work they do — their values and purpose. I serve as a rotating co-host on the Marketing Companion podcast with bestselling author, Mark Schaefer.As a producer, I write and host Generosity At Work, a podcast that encourages and equips business leaders to go beyond profit and be a good neighbor to the people and places they touch.I believe in a future where anyone in any job is recognized as a valued contributor to society.
