• Managed all design aspects of machines from initial customer specifications to installation and start-up at the customer’s site. • Coordinated designs with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and outside vendors to ensure project assembly went properly and deadlines were achieved.• Directed group of designers with engineering tasks after initial machine design was complete. • Reviewed designs for accuracy, tolerance stack-ups, and manufacturing feasibility.• Developed new modular Double-Cut Die to fit in outdated Single-Cut Alpha machines. Provided better cut quality, blade life, and durability to existing customer base.• Developed quick-change tooling that reduced change-over time by 50%.

• Learned the drafting fundamentals from industry professionals while in my junior and senior years of high school. • Produced detail drawings of components from large assemblies in both pencil and early AutoCAD versions on tablets. • Organized the release of BOM's for manufacturing and for the equipment's manuals.
