As the on-site EMC Resident to gulfstream, I served as the primary technical point of contact supporting gulfstreams diverse eco-system of EMC productions and solutions. As the Sr. Systems Administrator for Argo Group International I was primarily responsible for the backup and storage environment across the enterprise. In this role, I oversaw the selection, implementation and migration of a Unified Storage Environment that serves as the foundation for Argo’s storage and backup environment. Throughout my tenure in this role I strived to improve the overall environment by leveraging new technologies and implementing process improvements to ensure a healthy environment in which our business could excel.
